The team has an excellent reputation for dealing with probate or complex issues connected with Wills, trusts and estates for charities, high-net-worth individuals and financial referrers. Whilst the team is based in Central London, it attracts clients from across England and Wales. Notably, the team is the preferred legal provider for a number of charities across the region for all legacy matters and disputes.
You will have developed a breadth of significant experience in probate and experience in contentious probate as well as trusts would be advantageous
You will be self-motivated with a pro-active and professional approach to your work, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively. You must be a strong team player with experience in supervising, motivating and developing junior members of a team.
You will work closely with the other staff within the department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
You will have a genuine interest in promoting business development opportunities and/or activities and be able to demonstrate an ability to build effective and positive relationships with both clients and colleagues that embrace the importance of trust and collaboration.
